How do I purchase a lead?
Go to Verified Leads, browse the available leads, click Unlock Lead and confirm the purchase. Your wallet balance will be deducted instantly and you'll get full access.
How do I add funds to my wallet?
Click Add Funds from the top bar in your dashboard, or visit the Wallet page. We accept UPI, NEFT, and card payments.
Can I get a refund on purchased leads?
Leads are non-refundable once purchased. However, if a lead is found to be invalid or fake, contact our support team within 24 hours and we'll investigate.
What are verified leads?
Verified leads are those our team has called and confirmed client interest. They come with call recordings attached and are significantly more likely to convert into projects.
How many designers can buy the same lead?
Each lead has a purchase limit shown on the card. Once all slots are filled, the lead becomes sold out. Act fast on leads you're interested in!
How long does it take to get a response?
Our team responds within 24 hours on weekdays. For urgent issues, WhatsApp is the fastest channel — typically within 1–2 hours during working hours.
